Hilton Garden Inn Bridgewater

Had a business meeting nearby so I booked a night at this location. The place was nearly empty when I got to the location early around 11:30am. I asked if it would be possible to check in early if there were rooms available and was told the hotel’s policy was charge extra for checking in before 1pm. This is understandable if they had no rooms but based on how empty the place was, it would have been a simple request to accommodate, especially someone with over a million HHonors points. Service in general was good and friendly but I deducted a star for the poor hotel policy. Rooms were clean with plenty of outlets to plug and recharge your gadgets. Location wasn’t great if you didn’t have a car.

I stayed here several times to be near my work assignments. Room was great. Places to sit and reflect and beautiful grounds. A special shout out to Jose that worked the breakfast area. He was so kind, friendly and food was great. The baked goods were outstanding and the staff was all very nice. Computer in lobby kept malfunctioning and freezing up but maintenance came two times to help get it up and running and was so nice so this will be remembered for a long time how he did his very best to help the guests with this issue. Great staff here. If Lord wills I will be back again when my situation allows.

stayed at this hotel for a short visit. The room was clean, staff was cooperative, and everything went smoothly during the stay.

Beautifully appointed rooms, check-in and out both were smooth. Front desk personnel and cleaning staff were friendly and attentive.

The staff were friendly, helpful and check-in was efficient and quick. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of seating inside and outside with a lighted BBQ area. However, Our suite had no turntable in the microwave, no forks or spoons to eat with, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, there was no ice bucket In the freezer for drinks. And the previous occupants must have had a dog because there was dog food and hair under our bathroom vanity and an empty package of dog treats under the living room chair and soil marks on the arm of the couch. The bolts were all unsecured and loose to the security flap of the entrance door and when We reported this to the front desk on check- in, the loose security flap had still not been fixed by the end of our stay! Other than these issues, the bedroom was great and mattress very comfortable, shower and bathroom very clean with plenty of towels.

We always stay here when visiting family. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food and convenient location!

We are Honors members. Asked for water when we checked in. Since we’re here two days, I requested more water. Said they ca only give me one. They did finally give me two. Petty I think. We really like this Hilton, but generally all the hotels on this level have cut back on the small things - no pen and pad, one bar of soap We were happy to see, however, they are back to housekeeping service every day.

Clean updated rooms. Friendly staff. Great hotel bar. Rooms do face two large highways and had noisy traffic. Gym was excellent. Hotel is near plenty of places to dine in/out.
